Cantine Pliniana

The total grape production of Cantina Pliniana comes from the plain of Manduria, characterized by thin soils with a medium calcareous texture. Approximately 85% of the vineyards are dedicated to the production of red wines, of which 70% is reserved for Primitivo di Manduria (in various indications of origin such as DOC, DOCG, PDO, PGI), while the remaining percentage is allocated to other red grape varieties such as Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, and Sangiovese.

15% of the grapes are dedicated to the production of white wine and include the following varieties: Chardonnay, Malvasia Bianca, Fiano, Moscato, and Sauvignon. These wines are elegant, bold, and full of personality, perfect representatives of the finest Apulian tradition. They are the result of meticulous soil selection, grape variety choice, and careful vineyard care, all in anticipation of the perfect day for harvest. The meticulous and attentive work in the cellar completes the development of these Apulian wines, making them unique and exclusive.
