uve Negroamaro with little percentage of Malvasia Nera.
Organoleptic characteristic:
uve It is  wine with a subtle clear pink colour . It has  a primary  aroma, with fruit fragrance and  armonic and fresh taste.
Productive cycle:
uve The grapes carefully selected, are allowed to a classic vinification with a short maceration. The free-run juice is taken out when the colour is pink. The termo momitored fermentation for different days gives to the wine its typical organoleptic characters of negroamaaro. Then the refining  occurs   in stainless steel tank for about 3 months.
Food Pairing:
uve Excellent  with each food, in particular with, soup, fish and medium aged cheese.
