Organoleptic characteristic:
uve From grapes of negroamaro tipical of the solar  and charming salento land we make a ruby red with delicate orange reflections . The bouquet is  deep and remembers the red fruit like marasca cherry and ribes and the vanilla. Taste is soft and contains a light tannic fine and elegant note 
Productive cycle:
uve The grapes after de-stemming and crushing,are allowed to at the temperature of 24° Then the wine after a soft press is put in it  in planted of vetroresina where spontaneously begins the fermentation malolattica.  After the total exhaustion of  malic acid, the new wine undergoes the first one I pour for entire elimination of the coarse dregs.Then the refining  occurs   in stainless steel tank for about 7.8 months.
